I have been approached by a company other than MATCH Hospitality that is offering me hospitality packages and tickets for the 2014 FIFA World Cup™. Are they legitimate?
Absolutely NOT!
An event of this magnitude often draws unauthorised hospitality operators who prey on unsuspecting customers by illegally trading off the tournament’s prestige and passion. Packages sold outside of MATCH Hospitality and our authorised agents cannot include: (a) events at or within the offi cial stadia grounds, including car parks and designated approach areas, and/or (b) most importantly, legitimate match tickets. MATCH Hospitality is your only source of legitimate ticket- inclusive hospitality packages, and is also the only hospitality available within the stadia grounds for any and all venues. Why short-change your guests and risk your reputation, when you can protect your investment and guarantee your FIFA World Cup™ pleasure by only buying official hospitality packages?
MATCH Hospitality works with a very select group of authorised agents, but ultimately ALWAYS has a direct transaction with all customers. Your peace of mind is guaranteed by the fact that your contract will be with the offi cial rights holder, MATCH Hospitality. This website is specific to official ticket-inclusive hospitality packages. For information and updates about purchasing match tickets only, please go to http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/organisation/ticketing/index.html. As has been the case for all recent FIFA World Cups, ticket-only sales to the general public will commence within 12-18 months of the tournament, i.e. sometime in 2013.
If I register, does that mean I am going to get all of the hospitality packages that I choose?
Hospitality packages are sold on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis, but always subject to availability and based on applicable inventory allocation policies. You will have to place a specific order for the packages that you want by either a) contacting a MATCH Hospitality agent in the country in which you live, b) contacting MATCH Hospitality directly or c) placing an order online through this website.
Can I register by mail or phone?
