Q. How can I pay for my hospitality packages online?

Products purchased directly online must be paid for with a valid payment card at the time of purchase.  FIFA prefers Visa. 

Any payment, currency conversion, currency exchange control, credit card charge or other charges incurred in connection with any payment obligation outlined in Section 6 of the Hospitality Sales Regulations, will be the sole responsibility of the customer in addition to the price of the hospitality packages.

    

    

Q. What payment cards are accepted online?

All online payments must be made with a Visa credit/debit card. FIFA prefers Visa.

    

    

Q. Is full payment required upon purchase for hospitality packages and/or accommodation ordered online?

For orders over USD 10’000, you will be given the option to pay in instalments via accepted payment cards or via bank transfer according to the payment schedule outlined in the Hospitality Sales Regulations.

Please note that any hospitality package requests received by submitting an order online, will remain subject to availability until formally reserved in a Confirmation of Purchase issued by MATCH Hospitality. Alternatively, please send an email detailing your request to Qatar.2022@match-hospitality.com and a sales administrator will contact you directly.

Q. Can I split online payment between multiple credit/debit cards?

Yes. Online purchases can be split across multiple cards in My Account under Pending Payments section if the order is over USD 10’000.00.

Please note, if your previous instalment payment was processed online via card and your next instalment is not initiated before the due date, the forthcoming payment will be automatically charged to the registered card.

If you wish to pay using an alternative card, please complete the payment prior to the due date by selecting the PAY option against the relevant instalment and proceeding as prompted. These card details will be used for any subsequent instalments.

Q. The credit amount on my payment card is not sufficient to allow me to complete my purchase, how can I solve this problem?

You need to ensure that you have sufficient funds to complete the purchase. Alternatively, if your order is over  USD 10’000.00, you will be given the option to pay in instalments via accepted payment cards or via bank transfer according to the payment schedule outlined in the Hospitality Sales Regulations.

Q. Is there another way to pay for hospitality packages, accommodation, other than an online card payment?

When completing your checkout online, if the order is over USD 10’000, you will be given the Bank Transfer option instead of paying immediately online with a payment card. This option allows you to pay at a later stage via bank transfer and in instalments, according to the payment schedule outlined in the Hospitality Sales Regulations. Please note that any hospitality package requests received by submitting via Bank Transfer option online, will remain subject to availability until formally reserved in a Confirmation of Purchase issued by MATCH Hospitality.

Alternatively, you may place your order by downloading, printing and completing a form offline. You can access the Request Form here. Once you have completed the Request Form, please sign, scan and email it to Qatar.2022@match-hospitality.com, so the order can be processed and confirmed thereafter.

If you do process payment by bank transfer, please ensure that you reference your order number in the description. Additionally, please note all bank charges, payment charges, currency conversion charges, currency exchange control charges, credit card charges and any other charges incurred in connection with any payment obligation on the part of the Customer will (to the extent permitted by applicable law) be the sole responsibility of, and be borne by, the Customer.
